Sustainable Duplex Residence
Duplex residence designed for extreme climates, featuring a double-height light court for natural illumination and ventilation. The ground floor and half of the first floor serve private use, while the remaining upper space is planned for rental units with independent access. Integrating shaded balconies, thermal mass, and sustainable design strategies, the project balances comfort, privacy, and cultural sensitivity, with a dedicated mandir forming a spiritual focal point
Luxury Villa
The existing formal living room was reimagined in a contemporary luxury style and seamlessly integrated into the new residence. Handmade wall décor adds bespoke character, while the preserved central courtyard with the Jamun tree anchors the design. A traditional Rajasthani–Haryanvi verandah around the courtyard enhances the villa’s aesthetic and deepens its connection to nature.
Rajasthani Contemporary Farmhouse
Renovating a load-bearing structure, we adopted a contemporary design approach that mirrors the client’s humble and grounded personality through clean lines and minimal expression.
THE SATTVA Residence
A residence featuring a minimalist front façade as per the client’s vision, complemented by luxurious interiors that exude modern comfort and elegance. Thoughtful design elements such as ceiling cutouts and a central courtyard enhance spatial quality, functionality, and harmony with the northern Indian context.
